“I had absolutely nothing to do with the wiretapping of Szijjártó" – investigative journalist tells Telex

Hungarian journalist Szabolcs Panyi, who wrote about the wiretapping of Péter Szijjártó, was wiretapped, and the pro-government media spun the story to make it seem like he had given the FM's phone number to a foreign intelligence service. Panyi told Telex that it is normal for a journalist specializing in national security to have sources in the intelligence services.
